Well ahead of the Web curve, Bob founded MotivationNet in 1996 after 20 years at the Keebler Company. MotivationNet was among the first companies that leveraged the power of the Web to gather consumers and develop brand loyalty through rewards programs that delivered value for partners and consumers alike. After becoming MyPoints in 1998, his company built a completely opt-in database of more than 10 million names that became a valuable media asset for its partners.

Jeff Hughes has been in the media industry for more than 12 years, all within the SMG family of companies. He has worked across a number of both buying and planning disciplines on clients such as Motorola, Oldsmobile, Pillsbury, United Airlines and the Beef Industry. In 2004, Jeff was named one of Media Magazine’s “Rising Stars” in the industry. He currently oversees operations for the GM Planworks local investment group, a unit dedicated to placing television and radio advertising on behalf of General Motors and its local dealer groups. Most recently he has been charged with the creation of a local digital activation team that integrates GM’s local digital buying within the broadcast and print buying units.

With the launch of Evantus, she now leads the strategic direction and day-to-day management—a division which, under her watch, has exceeded predictions by double- and sometimes triple-digit percentages.
