Campaign Objectives: Digitas brought this campaign to Centro on behalf of their client, Home Depot, in the hopes of meeting a very specific need, namely, to highlight a Super Bowl themed in-store promotion for Home Depot shoppers. The participating customers were invited to submit a sweepstakes number from their purchase receipt in order to be entered to win tickets to SuperBowl XLII in Arizona.
Centro Solution: Centro built a campaign utilizing the "NFL", "Sports", and "Super Bowl" sections on two leading Arizona newspaper sites. With specially designed assets provided by Digitas, Centro executed High Impact Sliding Billboards and Section Roadblocks, resulting in a "touchdown" of a campaign with an exceptionally high click-through rate. In the end, Home Depot reached their audience in contextually relevant environments and successfully promoted the Super Bowl sweepstakes.
