How do I check my applicant status?
It’s just as easy as applying to Centro! Simply login to your Centro Careers Candidate Home. Once logged in, navigate to the upper right-hand corner of your Candidate Home account and click on “View Profile.” This will bring you to the home page—from there, click on “My Applications,” and you’ll be able to view all updates on any job applications that have been submitted.
What If I know somebody at Centro and need to submit a referral?
How exciting—now is the time to name-drop! Put your referral’s name in the part of the application that asks you if you know someone at Centro—and don’t forget to write out their full name with correct spelling.
How long does the interview process typically take?
Centro’s hiring philosophy consists of two words: “hire slow.” This allows us to find the best fit for our teams—and for you—the incredible candidate. Interview processes vary by position, but please expect an average of 3-5 weeks once in process. We know that waiting is hard, so thank you in advance for your patience.
What if I interviewed and have not heard back in 2 weeks?
Our hiring teams do their very best to get back to every candidate who has expressed interest in us. However, busy weeks do happen (we are in the AdTech industry after all). If you don’t hear back from us right away, please don’t hesitate to follow-up with your recruiter!
