Recruiting Process
Most interviews follow the standard process shown above: a recruiter phone call, hiring manager interview, and a team interview. Based on the role or department, there may be additional steps such as a skill-based assessment, coding exercise, or a presentation, so expect for your recruiter to give you a detailed preview of what the interview process looks like for the role you are being considered for. All Centrons are currently working remotely, so you can expect all aspects of your interview process to be virtual through Microsoft Teams. The goal in all our interviews is to get to know you and allow you to get to know Centro! No riddles, trick questions, or unnecessary stress!
Part of Centro’s people philosophy is to “hire slow.” We want to find the best fit for our teams – and for you – the incredible candidate. We’d love to give you a specific timeline, but the truth is, we can’t. But we can promise that no matter what, you will hear back from us with a decision regarding your application.
